I am a DiRAC fellow at University of Washington where I am working on connecting massive star supernovae to their progenitor. In addition to understanding exploding stars, I am a strong proponent of open source development, tools, and open science. I believe science is better when we help each other succeed and passionately promote education and equity.

Research

I study supernovae, the explosive way that massive stars end their lives and what this can tell us about the stars themselves

Computing & Education

I believe in open science and educating our community to support it.
